By using NextGen Digital you agree to provide accurate checkout information, use purchased digital products only within the applicable license or subscription terms and avoid abuse, unauthorized resale, credential sharing or attempts to bypass access controls.

Prices, availability and plan details are validated by the server at checkout. Manual payment orders may remain pending until payment proof is approved. Digital delivery may be automatic or require administrator fulfilment depending on the selected product plan.

Accounts may be limited or suspended for fraud, security abuse or material violation of these terms. Product-specific license terms, refund rules and applicable law remain in effect alongside these terms.
